I am a certified personal trainer, with a physical education university degree and 7+ years of experience in the fitness industry.

I offer 1:1 personal training sessions, with specific fitness exercises also targeted to the sport you play. To help you improve your sport performance, I can guide you through conditioning sessions for:

 
- Tennis players 
- Football players 
- Squash players 
- Basketball players 
- Handball players

I can also prepare for you customised training programs with nutrition plans, and I can guide you through them 1:1 in Zoom interactive lives-steamed sessions (to book 'a la carte' or in packages).

In our 1st fitness session on Zoom we do your body analysis test (I call this "your Inbody") and we set your goals, then we start our fitness journey. Let’s rock it!
